Middle School Move Delayed; Preview Tour this Wed

Dear Amana Middle School Parents,

The new middle school wing is looking fantastic; and we know that students are eager to move to their new classrooms. Unfortunately, we will have to wait a little longer. We have run into a snag with getting our Certificate of Occupancy for the new middle school wing, which will delay our move. The issue preventing us from getting the approval is a gas meter in the rear of the building.

Given a new meter must be installed, we do not anticipate moving this week.

We apologize for the inconvenience this delay is causing and appreciate your patience. Once a new move date is established we will let you know.

In the meantime, please come to the State of the School Address this Wednesday at 6:30 PM where we will be conducting a preview tour of the new wing.
