Don't Miss The
Pacific Masters Swimming
Annual Celebration and Meeting.

An incredible day of swimming, learning, and dining
with great camaraderie and fun - and it's all free!
Sunday, Nov. 9th
St. Mary's College, Moraga
and workout at Soda Aquatic Center, Moraga

The annual celebration and meeting is a multi-part program that will inform, educate, inspire
and motivate... and probably improve your swimming.
Hip Hip Hooray

A highlight of the program will be a tech talk
by US Masters 2014 Coach of the Year, Cokie Lepinsky.

Coach Cokie's spirited presentation titled Hip Hip Hooray

will explain why your hips have such a pivotal role in all four strokes. She'll show you how to maximize your hips in your swimming.

Warning! Audience participation is required,

so be ready to get on your feet and have some fun!

Cokie is one of US Masters most accomplished and
engaged coaches, continually giving clinics throughout the country.

In September, she presented at the World ASCA Convention.
