Greetings! It is now officially Fall. We now have few hours of sunlight, the days get cooler and it is a glorious time of the year.
The first meet of Fall was the Mountain View Alan Liu Memorial Meet. Fremont Hills brought about thirty swimmers to the meet, about half of which were there first Masters meet. During the 400 free, four Fremont swimmers did lap counting four swimmers who did not have lap counters.
Pacific Masters broke its last year record setting number of members. We now have over 11,900. With just 98 more members, we will break the 11,000 member mark. Largest clubs continue to be Davis Aquatic Masters (666), Stanford (533), Tuolumne County (485) and Walnut Creek (473). If every club gets one - just one member before the end of the year, we will be the first LMSC to break 11,000 members.
Enjoy the warm weather.
Fun, Fitness & Competition
Kind regards,
-michael
