Hello !

Lately I have been working on new projects for my company. It started out as a small idea and before I knew it, it had spun into a full blown transformation. Ideas were flailing, to do lists were burning up pages, and the people who support me were eager to help yet confused and fried.

In my head I knew exactly what I wanted, and even thought I had conveyed it correctly. But sometimes concepts don't translate well. So I began to create an infrastructure to help support all my ideas and create order for my team members. It wasn't easy shifting from creative mode to logical, practical and systematized. I have taught this work for years, mainly because I know first-hand how challenging it is, yet how rewarding it becomes later from doing so.

In a short time, I will have created a well-oiled machine, it will have taken time, thought, and stretching myself beyond my current limits. It will all be worth it. From past experience, I know that it's all worth in right now because I know that I get results in my life directly related to the efforts that I put in. I'd like to repeat that,  'you get results directly related to the efforts that you put in'. I choose to put my efforts into creating ease.

Where in your life can you use an infrastructure? One that YOU create but has order and continuity? If you feel chaos in your life at the level of business or even at home, there is a solution. It comes from slowing down and putting all your energy into the structure of your life. Sometimes we have to tear down to rebuild the life we want to live. Decide where everything goes, where you want everything to be, and begin to reconstruct. Then watch as your life lightens up because it becomes effortless.
