Inside we know when it's time to make a change. Maybe we are ready and maybe we aren't. It's OK NOT to make the change - it really is. But often we don't even admit that to ourselves and therefore feel the discomfort of living a lie.
If you are not ready to make a decision, then be honest with yourself. 'I know it's time for a change but I am not ready to take action'. This will keep you feeling in integrity with yourself. Perhaps you can take it to the next level at that.
Often when we aren't ready to make a change we stay in victim mode. If you KNOW it's time to change and you don't, won't or can't, consider this. Commit to becoming a better YOU while you remain. When you turn it into an empowerment situation, one where you will evolve from and become more because of, then it eases the situation.
Never beat yourself up because it's time to change and you don't take action. Just be honest, and possibly commit to becoming more. You are NOT the only one on the fence, but you can be the one that thrives in spite of it.
Maybe it's time , but you are the ONLY one to determine whether you take action or not.
