Hello !

Did you ever have a situation where something you've known forever all of a sudden hits you in the face as though you've never heard it before?  

Sort of like when you go through you're entire life looking at your hands and then one day you say OMG I have 10 fingers!  

Or have you ever suggested a solution to someone who appears to ignore it and then one day they come to you and say... GUEST WHAT I LEARNED... and it's what you've been telling them all along?  

What is it that has us come to this AHA moment so abruptly?

Well, I feel its timing. When we are ready, we 'get' what we need to get and not a moment sooner. We can know something intellectually but not apply it. We can be told something but it not penetrate our consciousness. We can read and study but until that time when something in us is perfectly aligned with receiving the information, we won't get it.  

Does that mean we shouldn't at least try to 'get it'. No, I believe that from the first day you hear a concept, you are being groomed for your AHA moment.  I for instance still surprise myself when I get a distinction that I learned 30 years ago but am now ready to own. Would it still have the same impact if I had never heard it before? I'm not sure. But it's certainly fun to say, so THAT'S what they were talking about.  

For today , allow yourself to get what you need to get when you get it. Trust that you will. Continue to be a receptor for information and you will process the rightness of it or the timing of it and act accordingly. Don't be hard on  yourself if its not your time. We cannot comprehend a level we are not on, you may need to work a bit more before you can receive the information effortlessly.
