We all know what to say NO to. All the things that are harmful or toxic to our lives. We've been programmed well. NO to this and NO to that. We know our 'NO's' for sure. 

What about those things that we want to say YES to? Who is encouraging us in that area? We just might have to become our own YES machine and start by saying YES to fun, YES to love, YES to full self-expression.  

Let's say YES to playfulness, YES to naps and YES to nature. How about saying YES to making a difference and YES to feeling GREAT about life. Let's say YES to positivity and YES to associating with wonderful supportive friends.

Can you say YES to vacations and YES to dancing? How about YES to dressing up for no reason and playing games. When is the last time you said YES to volunteering your time or YES to treating someone to an ice cream?  

Have you ever considered saying YES to hugging a stranger or paying for someone's dinner anonymously?  

Just for today say YES to a long drive to nowhere or YES to adopting a pet. Say YES to something you've always wanted to do but forgot that you have the power to  say YES!!!

Wouldn't it be awesome to start saying YES to doing what feels good and doing it often? Can you imagine the exhilaration?
