Hello !
Last week right after my weekly group at my home, my cat Johnnie stood by the back sliding door. He didn't cry (although he sometimes does). This time he just stood there - patiently, quietly and most of all confidently .... confident that the door would open. He just knew it would open. And you know what? It did. Someone opened it for him and he walked out as if it was supposed to happen. As we watched this happen I said "Look at him, he just expects things to happen and low and behold.... They DO! This of course sparked a conversation and the inspiration to write today's message. What do you expect to happen in your life ? Do you expect that you are fortunate or unlucky? Do you expect miracles or disasters? Do you expect that life is wonderful or that life is hard?
There was a time when all that came out of my mouth was "I am lucky, I always win, I make money easily and effortlessly, and you know what? Those were the results I got. Then one day I started speaking different words and different results began to manifest. I now know both worlds firsthand and how important it is to call forth what you WANT and not the circumstances you have or had. Our words and belief system are very powerful and they drive our direction. Do you want to drive towards lack and limitation or towards the land of milk and honey?
Guess what ? You get what you expect. You may want to start expecting more for yourself. Oh, yes, there are those of you who think that those of us who think this way are crazy optimists. And then there are those of us who think that those of you are crazy because you don't have a clue how to change your life for the better. Which side of crazy do you want to live on ? I recommend that you learn from Johnnie. He seems to know the secret to expecting what he wants.
To the high road, ! Enthusiastically, Fran & Johnnie
