Hello !
Even the most optimistic person has down times. Whether fear, anger or doubt rear their weary heads, an optimist can be affected just like anyone else. I've noticed in my life that people who know me to be optimistic don't know what to do with me when I'm having a bad day. They expect me to be happy all the time. While that's not realistic, I do my best to keep my best food forward as much as possible. oes that ever happen to you ?
We all have a choice when we wake in the morning. What part of us do we want to wear on our sleeve? Do we want to be known as the complainer, the negative person, the gossip or the person who judges? Are we seen as the sad face, the heaviness in the room, or the sour puss? If you tend to be more serious or sad, then you will attract people who either are that or for some reason want to be around that type of mood.
If any of those identities appeal to you , then keep them. For those who want to be seen differently in the world, I want you to know that you have CHOICE as to what part of you the world will see.
Showing the world your brighter side does not deny those other feelings exist. But not everyone needs to be exposed to them. You can choose who is safest to share them with if anyone. In the meantime, people are so much more attracted to and connected with those who emit joy and laughter and full blown optimism.
The ability to CHOOSE in spite of what you are going through is a very powerful tool that really works. If you want to be magnetic when it comes to attracting happier friendlier, and more optimistic people , then choose to be one. At the very least, you will feel much better.
Have a HAPPY DAY!
