Hello !
I think of elimination as the release of something unwanted or toxic. We usually think of this with our bodies and how we eliminate solids and liquids. Have you thought about the process of elimination spiritually, emotionally and even with people in your life?
Who and what are the toxins in your life ? Are they thoughts that go nowhere, beliefs that are really doubts, friends that are well, let's say, less than friendly? Many people think they have to live with the toxins in their life. Either they haven't learned how to release them or shift them into nontoxic situations.
Even businesses practice an elimination process when they adopt the philosophy to eliminate the bottom 10% of employees and clients that no longer work for them.
Eliminating toxins or toxic people, places and things does not always mean to kick people out of your life. Maybe you can spend less time with them, or discuss different ways to coexist. You may want to pay attention to your thoughts; are you thinking debilitating, restrictive or negative thoughts about yourself or your life? Maybe you can recreate them as thoughts that have you feel good and moving forward? What about spiritually, can you begin to open yourself up to more loving and gentle behaviors?
If we check in with ourselves, most of us can tell when we are in a toxic place. Now all you have to do is notice it and decide whether you want to keep it or eliminate it. And the choice IS yours . If you want to eliminate it, do so with gentleness, love and respect, whether it be with yourself or someone else.
