Do you ever wonder who stole your identity ? I don't mean with a credit card or bank account. I mean what happened to the essence of you? Where have you gone? Have you been doing and doing so much so that you forgot who you really are in the realm of life?

Often our jobs or the people around us will cause us to get off track with our true path. We get so busy giving and following a structure that we forget to connect to ourselves.  

Somehow, the true 'us' is a mere shadow of its former self. Or maybe you have never even touched the real you yet. Well, its time to get your identity back!   

No one says you have to stop giving to others in order to connect to yourself . All you have to do is include yourself in the equation of giving. Then pay attention to those things that have been buried inside of you, your personality, your vision, your aliveness. Honor those things and build upon them whenever possible. Become the essence of you again.
