Dear Parent,
With our spring session underway, here are a few changes and tips we've made to help make your Chicago Swim School experience better.

New! Parent Feedback Time
Thank you to our families that have completed parent surveys or provided suggestions. We listened and added additional parent feedback time.
We have built time into our class schedules for you to talk with your child's instructor either before or after class every week! Here's how to take advantage:
- Please come on deck 5 minutes prior to class to check with the deck leader in the red shirt to find out which time is set aside for you.
- Plan to come out to your child's lane 5 minutes before the start of class with your child or directly at the end of class, depending upon which time slot you have.
- Please walk through the locker room and not the door by the viewing gallery. This helps to keep the kids in lanes 1 and 2 from getting hit with cold gusts of air!
- Please either bring indoor shoes to wear or go barefoot on deck. This ensures that students' feet stay clean along with keeping our pool water safe for them.

Tips to Get through the Locker Room More Easily
We recognize that there is a limited amount of space for a lot of families in our locker room, especially when we're wearing our winter gear. Here are some tips to make getting in and out of class easier:
- There are showers deck at the bottom of the ramp that can be used after class to rinse off.
- Get dressed in your swim suit at home before coming to lessons.
- Take advantage of the parent feedback time to help stagger the crowd in the changing areas.
- Use the changing rooms to get clothes on, but come out to the lobby to put on socks, shoes, and coats.
We thank everyone for your patience and help. We are exploring options for benches in the lobby area, and will continue to work to make class transitions manageable for everyone.
