Developed with input from World Championship-winning race teams and tire technicians, this higher grade of product heats more gradually and efficiently. They accurately bring race rubber up to temperature with a sophisticated digital controller, 185 feet of heating element and other proprietary materials that evenly spread the heat.

Wrapping tires with three times more heating element than most warmers, this new alloy element is much thinner than industry standard, allowing them to be spaced closer together. Their increased density keeps these high-tech blankets from generating excessive heat that makes tire surfaces blue--a tell-tale sign that their complex blend of chemical compounds was activated prematurely in the pits, limiting on-track effectiveness.

Taking things to the next level, the Pro Team's additional layer of insulation effectively drives heat into tire carcasses. Chicken Hawk Racing's Patented DuPont Nomex melt-proof inner liner, Aluminized Kevlar Chrome outer material and wind-stopping neoprene side panels are the final keys to class-leading insulation. The end result is tires heated more evenly, without high surface temperatures and hotter wheels, which allow tires to be more effectively "heat-soaked." Brought up to temperature in this manner, hot tire pressure can be more accurately set in the paddock.

To provide this gentle, more incremental heat soak is a multiple-function temperature controller. Mounted directly to each warmer with a quick-release power cord, they can heat tires up to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. These multi-adjustable controllers have two heating modes--Normal and a slower Heat-Soak setting, a run-time counter showing how long the tire warmer has been on and an easy-to-read, backlit LCD display.
