Greetings!,
"Don't underestimate SIM's clout," recently stated Bishop Stacy Sauls, Chief Operating Officer for The Episcopal Church (TEC) and SIM alumnus, as he pondered SIM's voice for the future of The Episcopal Church. Why "clout"? Because since 1857, SIM's ministry has improved the lives and potential ministries of TEC's future ordained leaders by providing critical financial support, pastoral care and a voice of advocacy on their behalf. All of this ministry that eventually affects so many Episcopalians would not be possible without the generosity of people like you. At this special time of year, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the many supportive people who value our ministry. Many generous gifts and a small, very dedicated staff coupled with careful administration of a limited budget allow SIM to continue its enduring ministry to seminarians to make a difference to so many future leaders of our Church.
With the current economic conditions significant challenges continue to affect SIM, as well as many other non-profits. As we approach the end of 2012, please consider joining your voice with SIM's by making a tax-deductible gift to SIM.
SIM and our seminarians are extremely grateful for the generous support of so many people.
