Join us for our Open House on Friday, October 17, 2014 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at our new location - 200 N. Vineyard Blvd, Suite 430. Learn more about our programs and services. Information on assistive technology and demonstrations of devices and software will be available.

You are welcome to bring others who are interested in what we do and HOW WE BUILD THE FUTURE! Refreshments will be provided and knowledgeable staff will answer any question.

KEYBOARD Donations Needed!
 
Wireless Keyboard Donations needed Through the generosity of our friends and supporters, ATRC has recently received a donation of some great desktop computers as part of the Refurbished Computer Redistribution Program. We have been working hard to get these ready for users but we need USB Keyboards to complete for use.

 

If you have any working USB or Wireless keyboards that you are able to donate to our program, please contact Harvey Gordon at ATRC Computer Refurbishing (808) 532-7115 or via email at [email protected]. Mahalo!
Rehabilitation Technology Services Now Available

 

ATRC Hawaii provides rehabilitation technology services (RTS) to vocational rehabilitation (VR) consumers statewide. Services include: individual assessment, consultation and planning, provision of services, devices, training, and maintenance for an individual with a disability, and employers or other individuals who provide services to, employ and/or involved in the major functions of the individual with a disability.

VOCATIONAL SPECIALIST (VS)
The VS will work collaboratively with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation counselors to provide job placement and retention services to individuals with significant disabilities (SD) and most significant disabilities (MSD).  Individualized services are to be provided to enable the individual with SD/MSD to achieve meaningful employment consistent with his/her strengths, resources, concerns, abilities, interests, and informal choice.
