Job Description:
Report to the President/CEO with the current financial status of the organization. Responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and benefits. Prepare financial statements and bank reconciliation. Manage restricted grants and training income and monitor federal and state contract expenditures. Prepare organization annual budget and other contract budgets. Assist in annual auditing and tax filing. Perform other office administration such as: 1) personnel supervision, 2) annual renewal of insurance policy, 3) timely filing of state G.E. taxes and tax clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. Minimum three years experience with similar responsibilities. Self-starter with strong organization skills and good written and verbal skills to work as part of the team. Proficiency with a Mac/PC computer and Microsoft applications and QuickBooks. Experience working with federal and state contracts. Knowledge about disabilities and experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred. Full Time salaried position with benefits. Part Time could be available.
