New Packaging Design
For the first time since 1999, all boxes of Girl Scout Cookies have a new look and a new purpose: to elevate the significance of the Girl Scout Cookie Program. The pictures are of girls doing activities that a girl could do with the proceeds her troop/group earns! Everyone knows how tasty Girl Scout Cookies are, but a lot of people who buy them don't realize what a Girl Scout learns from selling them. Girl Scouts gives every girl access to life-changing experiences that inspire her to do something big and that is pictured on each box.

The Girl Scout Cookie Program empowers a girl with the strength, abilities and drive she'll need to become an accomplished woman who benefits herself, her family and her world.

The 5 Skills - Shaping Your Girl's Future
Through Girl Scouting, girls become leaders in their daily lives and prepare for their bright futures! The cookie program provides an important ingredient for New Boxes!leadership by helping girls develop five key skills:
  1. Goal Setting
  2. Decision Making
  3. Money Management
  4. People Skills
  5. Business Ethics
Why do they matter?
Because when a Girl Scout has learned these skills, she'll be poised for success in her career. Think about it -- when employers interview job candidates, they all look for the same things. This is true whether the employer is a bank, high-tech company, university, hospital, publishing house or even the local pet store! They want:
  • someone who can set goals and meet deadlines.
  • someone who works well with others.
  • someone who understands customers.
  • someone who can influence others.
  • someone who is honest, trustworthy and reliable.
Sound like anyone you know? That's a Girl Scout, using the 5 Skills she learned in the Girl Scout Cookie Program.

Thank you for your continued support of the largest girl-led business in the country!
