What's Happening!
Jazz Vespers  Jazz Vespers September 11_ 4pm

Every second Sunday of the month at 4:00 we gather for Jazz Vespers.
The Vespers service is a traditional service dating from the 3rd century, and Jazz is the musical language we use.
The service lasts just under an hour and an informal time of fellowship follows on the patio.
Free-will offering, but no admission charge.
Good News - No Road Closures this Sunday
The City of Torrance has cancelled the road closures which were due to start at 5 a.m. on Sunday, September 11th. Road closures were planned due to the LA Triathlon, but were lifted upon cancellation of the event.
Therefore all roads will remain open and no traffic impacts are expected.

Art and Wine-Save the Date! Art and Wine October 8 - 6-9pm
Saturday, October 8 from 6:00-9:00pm
Back by popular demand! Put the date on the calendar and invite a friend or three. The more the merrier! There will be delicious food, festive music, art, wine, beer, plenty of non-alcoholic drinks, and fellowship. This is a fundraiser for St. Francis. Besides bringing guests, let us know if you would like to help in anyway. We could always use fun and exciting silent auction items. This year we will also be having a mystery wine grab. We could use lots of donated wine (or money to buy), bottles from $10 and up. For questions or to help, please email Jennifer and Alex Sams or call 310-375-2962.
