Wednesday Dec 9, 7pm, chapel
Please join us for a service for grieving, praying and healing as we together acknowledge the "blue" feelings that can come at Christmas time. Let us together offer our difficult experiences to God, and find hope and comfort in knowing that we are not alone and that God shares in our sadness and loss. The Rev. Peter Huang will lead this Liturgy of the Word that will include music and time for prayer and reflection. A time for fellowship and refreshments will follow the service. Childcare will be provided.

kriskSunday School
Our liturgical color has changed to purple to prepare us for a different kind of king--Jesus Christ.  We tell the Advent stories with anticipation and excitement for the celebration of his birth!  Please check out the Godly Play Parent Pages for Advent.  We, the Children's Ministry team of storytellers and helpers, encourage families to read about the
play that we foster in our classrooms each week at the end of the page.
Grateful for your 2015/2016 pledges
Thank you for giving of your time, your talent and your treasure in our ministry together at St Francis. If you have not already done so, we would appreciate you completing your 2015 pledge obligation.
To receive tax credit for 2015, your financial gifts need to be received by December 31. Thank you for submitting your financial pledge for 2016 as soon as you are able. We produce our 2016 operating budget based on our pledge amount. Our pledging enables us to fulfill the vision and the ministries of our parish family.
"Let us give to God, with gladness and generosity, the offerings of lives and labors. Amen."
