In an effort to put "legs" on my gratitude, I have chosen to walk 39.3 miles and raise at least $2000 in donations for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer - September 6 & 7 this year.

Together with my clergy women's group, I'm walking because every three minutes another woman is diagnosed with breast cancer in the United States. That's why I'm pushing myself to do something to change the course of this disease that touches us all.

LA Dodgers Episcopal Night

Charlie Brown Moves To Next Year

We have learned that doing a musical in August comes with many challenges, most of them having to do with families going out of town. While we have plenty of teenage talent at St Francis to put on You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, enough people were unable to commit to the schedule we proposed that we have decided to postpone it until next summer. So, stay tuned! This delightful musical will be coming to our Parish Hall in Summer of 2015.
