Summer Reading For All Ages
The Library's summer reading program is in full swing. Teens and adults can register online.
Once registered, read as many books as you like and send in reviews of the books to be entered into raffles for prizes. Teens (grades 7-12) win a $15 iTunes gift card. Adults (18 and over) win a booklight and Book Barn gift card. Enter as many times as you want. Email reviews to Miss Alison, or post to our Facebook page. Have all your reviews in by August 5!
Kids reading on their own and parents reading to babies and toddlers still have time to register. Pick up a reading log, pencil and bookmark and set a reading goal! Hand in your reading record by August 5 and celebrate your accomplishments with fellow readers on Wednesday, August 7 at 2:00 p.m. with cake and refreshments. Certificates and prizes will be awarded.

Where does your gnome read?
You still have time to borrow our gnome (with your Library card) and snap a photo of him reading a great book in a relaxing place. Send your photos via email to Ms. Alison at afrancis@marlborolibrary.org or post them to the Library Facebook page and be entered into a raffle for a Meet-Me-in-Marlborough gift card! If the gnome is already checked-out, then just find the gnomes in local businesses around Marlboro (watch for clues on Facebook) and send the title of the book he is reading to Miss Alison. One entry per person. The drawing will be on August 7.
