Young adults hit the road for western N.C.
Please pray for Covenant's Young Adults as they travel to Avery County, NC for a three-day mission trip to serve our friends and partners.
- Friday - work at Crossnore Elementary School
- Saturday - work on a build site with Habitat for Humanity
- Sunday - work at Crossnore Presbyterian Church (pictured)
What's it all about? Pastoral resident Jen Christianson explains: "Our mission statement says that we bravely work toward a whole and just world. The people and organizations we partner with in Avery County are doing just that - with often limited resources. Trips like this show our shared commitment."
