On Friday, December 6, REALTORS® from all over Lincoln will join REALTORS® from all over the nation to ring bells for the
Salvation Army on REALTOR® Ring Day. Sign up for your shift at
www.ringbells.org, then let us know where and when you'll be ringing (Deanna@LincolnREALTORS.com).

Also, RAL is excited to once again "adopt" the Red Kettle at the Food Court at Gateway Mall December 17-20th from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. They have made some changes at Gateway this year and are allowing outside ringers only, so we especially need your help! We are looking for volunteers to sign up for 2-hour shifts. Email Deanna@LincolnREALTORS.com to sign up.

2014 License Renewal
We are approaching the 2014 real estate license renewal period. The Nebraska Real Estate Commission will send all real estate brokers and sales people a renewal form. 
 
Applications for renewal must be received by December 2, 2013. You can now also renew your license online. For more info, click here. 
Lunch Fundraiser
Join your fellow REALTORS® next Monday for a benefit lunch for those in our industry battling life threatening illnesses.
Bob Carter from Total Home Inspection is providing the lunch from Dickey's Barbeque Pit for a freewill donation, and there will also be a raffle with some fun door prizes.

To Bluetooth or Not to Bluetooth

 

Although we do have the new iboxBT, Bluetooth keyboxes from Supra, not everyone needs to activate and use the Bluetooth feature on the box. 

If you use an ActiveKey or have ekey on an iphone, you do NOT need to push up on the bottom of the keybox - activating the Bluetooth will actually interfere with the infrared beam from your device. 

Only Android and Blackberry phones use the Bluetooth feature of the iboxBT keyboxes.
