2014 License Renewal
We are approaching the 2014 real estate license renewal period. The Nebraska Real Estate Commission will send all real estate brokers and sales people a renewal form. 
 
Applications for renewal must be received by December 2, 2013. You can now also renew your license online. For more info, click here. 
REALTOR® Ring Day
On Friday, December 6, REALTORS® from all over Lincoln will join REALTORS® from all over the nation to ring bells for the
Salvation Army on REALTOR® Ring Day. Sign up for your shift at
www.ringbells.org and let Deanna from the RAL office know where and when you'll be ringing so she can help promote it.

Also, RAL is excited to once again "adopt" the Red Kettle at the Food Court at Gateway Mall December 17-20th from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. We are also looking for volunteers to sign up for 2-hour shifts as well. Email Deanna@LincolnREALTORS.com to sign up as well. But hurry, these shifts will fill up quickly.

It can be hard to break old habits!  Just a quick reminder that the new iboxBT lockboxes that RAL has converted to have a different shackle release.  Once your key has successfully communicated with the iboxBT, push the shackle down first, then pull it completely off the box.
