 La st Day for 2014 Dues!
Today, September 30, is the very last day to get in your member dues without your membership being terminated.
You can pay online by clicking HERE or you can drop off your dues ( $625 total dues) at the REALTOR® Association office at 8231 Beechwood Drive in Lincoln. If you are dropping off dues after normal business hours you can still utilize our drop box on the east side of the building. Dues postmarked with today's date will also still be considered on time.
Failure to pay dues today will result in termination of your membership, and there is a $275 application fee ($850 total) to reapply.

2014 Inaugural
This Thursday night we welcome Darlene Fletcher as 2014 RAL President and thank 2013 President Marcia Weddle for an amazing year of service at the 94th Annual Installation and Awards Banquet.

We will also be announcing REALTOR® of the Year and Affiliate of the Year, and we will honor our colleagues who have really made a difference in the real estate industry over the past year.
This year's menu at Wilderness Ridge will feature heavy appetizer stations, so you'll have a chance to sample a wide array of tastes and mingle with your REALTOR® and affiliate friends.

Fund Scholarship

RAL is committed to building the future of real estate through education and in 1972, established the Educational Trust Fund Scholarships to assist individuals interested in a career in real estate or a related field.
Qualifications:
- Student must be of sophomore, junior, senior or graduate status.
- Must be a full-time student.
- Attending an accredited college, university or community college in Nebraska.
- Student must be interested in a career in real estate or a real estate related field.
- Applicant must complete the application in full and submit with required attachments to the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln office by October 15, 2013.
