We will be thanking 2013 President Marcia Weddle for all of her contributions this past year and welcoming 2014 President Darlene Fletcher. We will also be recognizing all of the REALTORS® who have made a difference in 2013.
This is a great opportunity for YPNers to see the "bigger picture" with their future in RAL and to see what is possible for your career. It's also a great chance to network with your colleagues and meet new people.

Fall Meeting Recap
 Matt Meister was installed as the 2014 State Association President at the Fall Meetings Tuesday evening.As State Association President, Matt will travel the state, meeting with local associations and members to ensure their voices are heard. He will also serve as a director on the National Association of REALTORS® board. He will run the Nebraska REALTORS® Association board meetings, help organize the April convention and September meetings and serve as the community face for NRA.

I loved the idea of endorsements on LinkedIn. A fast, easy way to show someone what you are truly great at in your career. When I dove more into endorsements, seeing how LinkedIn displays and asks your first level connections to endorse your skills and expertise, I was a bit disappointed in the not-so-random nature of which skills appear for others to endorse....
