Next week, the city of Lincoln will host the 2013 Nebraska REALTORS® Association's Fall Meetings. There will be many great events with opportunities to learn and network with your colleagues from across the state of Nebraska.
Of particular interest is the technology-driven Young Professionals Lunch on Tuesday at noon. Similar in style to our own "Tacos and Technology" event last week, this one promises to have lots of great information with sharable content.

 FHA's 'Back to Work' Program |

Through FHA's "Back to Work - Extenuating Circumstances Program," borrowers who have gone though bankruptcy, foreclosure, deed-in-lieu, or short sale may be eligible for an FHA-backed mortgage sooner if they can prove their financial hardship was the result of an economic even, such as job loss or a significant decrease in income. In this video, Noel Brownell of Comstock Mortgage and I will explain the new program further.
