Effective May 17, 2013 Nebraska State Capitola commercial broker may file a lien against commercial real estate to assure the broker is paid duly owed compensation earned by virtue of providing services under a written brokerage agreement.

 

A legal form has been developed for use of Nebraska REALTORS® and is available in the RAL online forms index.

 

This decision is an example of your RPAC dollars at work: looking out for the best interests of REALTORS®, the real estate industry and our community.
