2014 REALTOR® Dues Time!

This is your last week to pay dues with no penalty. The total due for 2014 REALTOR® is $575.
A $50.00 late fee will be applied if dues are not received by August 31, 2013.
Termination will occur if your dues are not received by September 30, 2013.
Unfortunately we cannot take dues payments over the phone, however you can pay online.
 How to Pay Your Dues Online:
PAY BY CREDIT CARD:
- Click HERE to go to the Internet Member Services Login page.
- Enter your MLS Logon ID & Password.
- Once you are logged on, click the "Pay My Bill" link to view your outstanding invoice.
- Select the invoice you want to pay by clicking the corresponding check box on the right side of the page, then click "Choose Payment Options".
- Next, select your method of payment (Credit Card).
- Enter the payment information, then click Submit.
OR
MAIL YOUR DUES TODAY! Send your check to REALTORS® Association of Lincoln, 8231 Beechwood Drive, Lincoln, NE 68510. (Must be postmarked by August 31, 2013.)

 Pulling off a BIG Event

Recently, I attended one of the most "unique" YPN events I have ever attended. Quite simply, it was the "World's Largest Tuesday Morning Sales Meeting."
Drawing a crowd in this industry is no easy feat, but when a group of Midwest minds with moxie got together, they were determined to attract more than just a couple people. Thus was the birth of the "Biggest Tuesday Sales Meeting EVER," a free education event in June that drew a whopping 430 attendees. It was created by the Metro YPN (Young Professionals Network) of the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.
Success of this event, like so many others, relies heavily upon the shoulders of the chosen speaker. SPAAR's Metro YPN invited Travis Robertson this year, and he continued his long streak of dynamic, informative presentations. Robertson spoke about the world's top agents and their marketing techniques, citing specific examples. He had attendees laughing, hugging, and asking a plethora of questions...
