Online Tools Class (iPad/Tablet Focus)

Come and learn about 9 cool tools you can use in your daily business to make your life easier. Topics include digital signatures, organizing and storing online, MLS Tablet interface, managing social media, and more! Bring your iPad or tablet to learn on your own device or use an Association laptop. This class is held the last Thursday of each month from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm.

Rap MLS Tablet & SupraWEB Class

Rapattoni MLS offers a tablet interface for use on an iPad or tablet devices. Come learn how to make the most of the MLS out in the field. You can now logon to SupraWEB directly from within the MLS. Use SupraWEB to manage your lockboxes and maximize all of the available features. This class is held the last Thursday of each month from 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm.

Many agents forget that barriers to getting deals to the closing table exist in both good and bad markets.  We are seeing a lot of appraisal issues in the Chicagoland area as over-regulation and timidness on the part of appraisers to push values - despite undeniable appreciation - has resulted in many deals dying at the financing stage.
