2014-15 Employee Handbook
Notice To All BISD Employees:
The 2014-15 Employee Handbook is available electronically on the Birdville ISD website.
Employees are required to acknowledge the receipt of the employee handbook annually or any time changes are made. This year, all acknowledgements will be entered electronically. Acknowledgements are requested to be completed on or before Aug. 29.

Username: Your Network Login
Password: Your Network Password

→ On the Employee Verification screen, type in your 5-digit employee ID number and click "Next," and follow the instructions

Update phone voice mails/emails

As we return from summer break, please make sure all phone messages reflect current information and the out-of-office on your email has been turned off.

Campus principals need to make sure that the main campus voice mail message reflects pertinent information for your campus.

Edwards' Risk Management and Work Wear Shoes

BISD's worker's compensation provider, Edwards Risk Management, and Work Wear Shoes provided safety shoes and equipment to staff members in the Child Nutrition, Building and Grounds, and Transportation departments for a second year. The Communications Department publishes the employee newsletter "e-nlightened" each week so staff can keep in touch with what is going on across the district. Email your pictures and a brief description to Communications and we will include them as space permits.
