Munis Maintenence
Due to required updates, Munis applications will not be available on Friday, Sept. 6. Any request you might need that day should be entered and processed prior to the close of business on Thursday, Sept. 5. No one will have access to Munis that day for any processing. This includes district budget as well as activity accounting.

Birdville High principal named Texas Association of Secondary School Principals' Region Outstanding Principal
Jason Wells, Birdville High School principal, has been selected to represent the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals (TASSP) as their Region XI Outstanding High School Principal of the Year. TASSP recognizes outstanding principals and assistant principals from the 20 region Education Service Centers in the state. School administrators are nominated and chosen by their peers within their regions. Nominations are based upon exemplary performance and outstanding leadership. As a region winner, Wells is eligible to compete for the state title of TASSP's Texas Principal of the Year. Wells, a six-year principal has headed the leadership team at Birdville High School since 2008. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Tarleton State University. Each of the region winners will be recognized during the Josten's Night of the Stars Awards Dinner on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the Hilton Austin Downtown Hotel. Each will be presented with an award and recognized in a commemorative booklet entitled "Texas Principals, Texas Heroes." The TASSP summer workshop will be held June 11-13, 2014, at the Austin Convention Center.
