Enlightened: March 8 - Summer School Applications

Applications are being accepted for elementary and secondary summer school administrator positions at Richland High School, Stowe Elementary and Hardeman Elementary. One administrator will be selected for each of the elementary campuses. Two administrators will be selected to serve at RHS; one for grades 9-12 and one for

grades 6-8.

Send completed applications to Donna Solley by the end of the school day, Wednesday, March 20, 2013. A master's degree and principal certification is required for these positions.

Emergency Training Drill Information

In order to continue our focus on student and staff safety, BISD in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies will be conducting emergency training drills at several campuses across the district during spring break. During these drills, there may be several law enforcement vehicles on site of the drill. Prior to the drill, law enforcement will post a sign outside the drill site to inform the community.

The Communications Department publishes the employee newsletter "e-nlightened" each week so staff can keep in touch with what is going on across the district. E-mail your pictures and a brief description to Communications and we will include them as space permits.
