Girl Scouts raise $20,000 to meet Wilson Challenge Grant

Thanks to supporters like you, Girl Scouts Louisiana East successfully met a challenge of raising $20,000 by the Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation after two months of fundraising. The foundation had awarded us $40,000 to remove two parapet brick walls threatening the use of the Regional Service Center in Baton Rouge and challlenged us to raise an additional $20,000 by June 30, which they would match if we were successful. Thank you goes to 143 individuals/companies who gave to this "brick and mortar" cause!
