Chamber University: Safety & Security

The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce will host a Chamber University seminar on Safety and Security on Thursday, February 18, from 8-10:30 a.m., at the Reagor Dykes Myrick Green Building (1215 Ave. J).

The seminar will feature Lubbock Police Chief Greg Stephens. Chief Stephens along with other Lubbock Police Department officers will speak on topics that include: the top five safety and security issues facing the Lubbock community, what the LPD is doing to counteract those issues, business theft and security, personal safety, cyber-security, open carry and the homeless issue.


The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce has announced that it will be visiting scenic Ireland, and is inviting Chamber members, family and friends of Chamber members to join them on this once in a lifetime experience. The eight-day journey will depart on March 13, 2016.


The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce has announced that it will be embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime scenic sail up the gorgeous Rhine River during an exclusive 10-day cruise available to Chamber members and their family and friends. The trip will depart on October 19, 2016.
