I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day!  Steamboat's weather was not the most cooperative for visitors or residents this past weekend, but as one storm front exited the Yampa Valley on Saturday, I did find a window of opportunity to take this picture of Mt. Werner from Routt County Road 42.
Summer is due to return later this week, and just in time for the 35th Annual Yampa River Festival, which includes slalom and downriver races, a freestyle competition, 5K Fun Run, the SUP Cup, crazy river dog contest and more.

Single Family Homes

With this quarter's newsletter dedicated to Single Family Homes, I thought it would be a fun to scour the market and locate the best single family home buys on the market.  Following are my TOP FIVE:
