Warmest wishes for a joyous holiday season.

The faculty, staff, and students in Fresno State's viticulture and enology program wish you a prosperous new year!  We are grateful to our alumni and industry friends for their continued support of our teaching and research programs.

It's the time of year when we kick off our Annual Viticulture & Enology Associates Campaign for the coming year.  Simply put, this campaign is a critical component of our program's financial well-being and was created years ago to maintain our position as a global leader in grape and wine education and research.

Contributions to our Associates fund help the viticulture and enology program fill the gap that exists between the funding that the state of California is able to provide and the quality of instruction and research that our industry has grown to expect.  Educational field trips for our students, outstanding student awards, costs to attend professional grape and wine industry meetings including the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium, equipment, and maintenance of our laboratory water system in our facilities are just a few examples of how these funds impact what we are able to do because of the collective generosity of many of our industry friends and alumni.

Visit us in Booth 929 at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium in Sacramento on January 27-28, 2016 and attend our Annual Viticulture & Enology Alumni & Friends Reunion at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento on January 27.
