UPDATED Adolphus Hotel Registration Policy
REGISTRATION POLICY AND PROCEDURE MODIFIED
The Adolphus Hotel has modified slightly its registration policy for the November in Dallas Conference. In order to receive the special group rates that have been made available for JFK Lancer Productions & Publications, you have to be registered for the JFK Lancer Conference. Once you have registered for the NID Conference, include the following information to reserve your room in an email to hotelreservations@jfklancer.com:
- First and Last Name as used for NID 2013 Registration (Rooms will be confirmed for NID 2013 attendees only
- Credit card information IS NOT required in this email
- Contact information - phone number - used be the Adolphus to obtain King or Two (2) double beds, or other room type requested
- your credit card information, confirm room rates and type, and provide a confirmation number
- Arrival date and departure date
- Special needs
The Adolphus will telephone you to obtain your credit card information TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM, confirm other information, and provide a confirmation number. |
