Is your business safe?
The Fremont Chamber of Commerce will host a policy forum on the morning of March 5 centering on IT security for small businesses.
The forum will feature a panel discussion. The panelists include Fremont Police Chief Richard Lucero, Planet Magpie owner Robert Douglas, Navraj Bawa of Unitek College and a representative from the FBI who specializes in IT security.
Despite headlines focusing on large corporate security breaches, all businesses are vulnerable. Learn about ways your business is vulnerable and sound business practices that will greatly reduce your risk.
The event costs $20 to members, $35 for non-members and $10 for students (must show ID). Continental breakfast is included.
