Peppermint Martini
Ingredients:
5 ounces good quality vanilla flavored vodka
2 ounces peppermint schnapps
1 ounce grenadine
2 ounces cr�me de menthe
2 candy canes
Directions:
Place the candy canes in a plastic bag and pulverize with a hammer or the back of a saut� pan until only small bits remain. Place the candy cane bits on a saucer. Coat the rim of the glass with simple syrup or water, then dip the rim in the candy cane mixture.
Place the vodka, peppermint schnapps, grenadine, and cr�me de menthe over ice in a cocktail shaker- shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into martini glasses- garnish with a candy cane. Enjoy!
