Spring Delights
Agriberry  
Agriberry Farm will be back again this week with their ripe, sweet strawberries, signature jams and new Dazzle Razz Vinegar. Looking for a delicious crowd-pleasing dessert? Try their Strawberry Cream Cheese Cobbler, which uses two quarts of their premium berries.
 
Amy's Organic Garden
Amy's Garden will have squash, zucchini, delicious cousa squash, salad mix, spring onions, beets, dill, and pac choi.
 
Blenheim Organic Gardens
Blenheim will have micro greens, salad mix, spinach, arugula, mixed field greens, kale, strawberries, Swiss chard, broccolini, garlic scapes, escarole,head lettuces, salad turnips and radishes. The will also have fresh bunches of mint, cilantro, parsley, garlic chives & fennel, bags of baby basil Sun Gold and heirloom tomato plants, and snow peas. 
 
KelRae Farms
Kelrae will have squash, beets, variety of peas, kohlrabi, little tomatoes, and green slicing tomatoes.

Zamoras will have baby squash, zucchini, and sugar peas.

Sugar Hill Botanicals Sugar Hill is excited to be back at the Market this week!  They will have peonies and also their beautiful dried peony wreaths.
Fried Soft Shell Crab
From Pops' Kitchen
3 soft shell crab per person
at least a cup of flour
oil (canola, olive or coconut) or butter
salt
pepper
Galliano
shaved almonds
Prepare flour by mixing in the salt and pepper to taste.  Rinse the crab and dredge it in the flour mixture.  Heat oil or butter in skillet.  Cook until crispy (3-5 minutes), flip, and add the almonds.  Add a splash or two of Galliano. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite side.
