Blenheim Organic Gardens
Blenheim will have arugula, asparagus, fresh mint for Kentucky Derby Day, French breakfast radishes, micro greens, mixed field greens, kale, collards, pea shoots, broccolini, fresh bunches of parsley, g arlic chives, fennel, and sweet potatoes. 
Evergreen Springs Farm Evergreen Springs will have asparagus, radishes, and eggs: chicken, limited goose, turkey and duck eggs. They will also have turkey, but available by pre-order only. Herb Aqua Farm Herb Aqua will be bringing Bok Choy, Swiss Chard, and 5 star lettuce mix.  Old Church Creamery
Old Church Creamery will have 8 oz containers of chocolate milk, in addition to regular milk, drinkable yogurt, kefir, and cheese.
Rockahock Farm
Back by popular demand, Rockahock Farm will have Brunswick Stew and Potato Soup with Virginia Ham at the Market this week.
