VA Blue Crab
VA Blue Crab will have fresh Rockfish Fillets this Saturday.
To prepare:
Place fish on foil-lined baking sheet bake at 350 until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees. Add what ever spices you like, you can also add
lemon juice or butter. When fish is done it will flake and pull apart
when fork is inserted. Just use a spatula to get meat up and skin will
stick to foil for easy clean up. You can also microwave single serving
pieces (covered) with your favorite spices.

Greek Bake Shop
The Greek Bake Shop will have kok available for purchase this Saturday. Similar in appearance to a Boston Cream Pie, this uber-delicious dessert will amaze you as the combination of chocolate, crisp almond slivers, and creamy pastry mix with the cream filling.
The Greek Bake Shop will also have their "Fountain of Youth" power-salad, chicken noodle soup, and many other fantastic greek foods.
