Bison.  We are dedicated to the promotion, preservation, and production of the American Buffalo.  We use no steroids, growth hormones, or antibiotics in the raising of our bison.  We strive to use environmentally friendly methods of pasture management as well as rotational grazing methods in order to produce our high quality products. 
We have cuts from ground bison to steaks, roasts, jerky, hot dogs and a ready to heat and serve pulled Bison BBQ and summer sausage as well as taking customer orders.
