What do you sell?
Chevre, chevlado, and goat meat. Our varieties of chevre include: dill & garlic, garlic & chives, pineapple walnut, cracked black pepper, pimiento, natural, hot pepper, roasted red pepper, horseradish, cocoa, lavendar, and pesto. We also have feta cheese and camembert. Be sure to stop by our tent on Saturdays to sample any of these and also our seasonal cheeses.
Here are some of the delicious ways to enjoy the many varieties of chevre we offer.
-Spread some on a bagel or toast.
-Crumble it into your salad.
-Substitute chevre for ricotta in lasagna.
-Cheesecake!

Depending on the season, peas, red and white new potatoes, spring onions, yellow white and red onions, variety of beets, variety of carrots, variety of lettuces, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, string beans, variety of squashes, cabbage, melons, radishes, sweet corn, winter squash, swiss chard, variety of greens, asparagus, sunflowers, peppers and eggs.
