February 4th, 2014

 

Every student that reenrolls for the 2014-2015 school year will receive a special Cougar Comeback t-shirt! Throughout the remainder of the year we will have special "Cougar Comeback t-shirt days." On these days, students who have reenrolled may wear their Cougar Comeback t-shirts with jeans! When you reenroll your child for the coming school year, they will be given their t-shirt. (Remember: to receive your early reenrollment discount of $250, you need to complete your reenrollment by February 14th.)

  

Our spring Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on February 12th from 3:30 PM-8:00 PM. Email your child's teacher to schedule a thirty minute appointment. The faculty and staff at CCCA consider  it an honor to serve you; these conferences give us an opportunity to do just that. Make plans now to meet with your child's teacher on February 12th.

 

On February 14th at 12:45 PM, all Upper School students (6th-12th grades) will be dismissed for the afternoon. CCCA will be hosting a TAPPS District and Speech Meet, which will utilize our upper school classrooms. Care will be provided for all upper school students whose parents may not be able to pick them up at 12:45.

Announcements

Cram the Creek Winners:

The Sophomore Class won the pizza party for 2nd highest attendance at Cram the Creek last week.    Pizza will be provided for lunch for their class on Friday, February 7th in the SLC during their regular lunch period. Students are to bring their own drinks.  Mrs. Ennis and Mrs. Schroeter will provide brownies or cookies for dessert.

 

Cougar Comeback:

This Friday will be a jeans day for any student(s) that have reenrolled for the 2014-2015 school year.

Thursday, February 13, 2014 - Dresscode Blowout Day

The cost is $5.  Come dressed in Valentine's colors!  Let's see how much pink, red and white we can fill the school with!

Tickets are $25 each and are on sale from Mrs. Nix now!

Diving Results:

Courtney Middelkoop (Senior) place 3rd place at the TAPPS State Diving Meet with a personal best score of 327.10.  Congratulations!
