Lower School GP2 Progress Report are going home today, November 9, 2012.
Please remove and review the contents of the envelopes. Be sure that your child returns their signed progress report envelopes on Monday.

Lower School Honor Roll Assembly
If your child has a 2nd grading period MS Current GPA of 90% or higher, he/she will be recognized during the ceremony.
5th Grade: 2:10-2:30
6th Grade: 1:45-2:05
7th Grade: 1:20-1:40
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your child's ceremony begins. You will be released from the front lobby to the MPR a few minutes before the ceremony begins and you will not need a visitor's badge in order to attend.
Please DO NOT call the office to verify your child has made the Honor Roll.

Coaches Audrey and Alex will spend the day working with students, grades 5-12, on volleyball skills and techniques. This is a great way for volleyball enthusiasts to improve their game and have a fun learning from two experienced coaches.

It's Tax Credit Time!!
Making tax dollars work for your child's education
Tax credit donations improve the quality of extracurricular programs for our students. These donations go directly to programs such as fine arts, visual arts, athletics, science clubs, field trips and other activities that provide life-changing, educational experiences.
The Arizona Tax Credit Program allows Arizona taxpayers to contribute up to $200 for individuals and up to $400 for married couples (filing jointly) for the support of extracurricular activities at a public/charter school of their choice and receive a dollar for dollar tax credit on their Arizona state income tax.
To qualify for this credit,write a check to BASIS Tucson North and attach a tax credit form Tucson North Tax Credit Donation OR contribute online with a credit card by December 31, 2012. Here is the website for online contributions:

Information meeting for NEW students for 2013-2014.
BASIS Tucson will hold an Information Meeting for parents who would like more information about the 2013-2014 school year. Parents who are interested in BASIS Tucson North are invited to attend.
BASIS Tucson Head of School, Jason Shorbe will review the BASIS Schools curriculum, discuss our educational philosophy, and help you get a feeling for what BASIS is really "about".
