Using a Primary Service Provider Approach

The primary service provider (PSP) approach provides guidance for how professionals on the EI team work together to support families. This approach ensures that every family has access to a team of professionals, with one team member acting as the primary liaison between the family and the rest of the team. According to Catherine Hancock's email to LSMs on 1/7/15, Kaleidoscope I and II will be cancelled for Spring 2016. The ITC team will be working this spring and summer to update and revise Kaleidoscope training to streamline content, take advantage of new professional development  (PD) materials, and align the curriculum with best practices in PD and implementation science. The requirement to attend KI and KII within one year of employment will be extended to Fall 2016 for new staff. Please see Catherine's email for additional information.

Talks on Tuesdays (ToTs) are one-hour webinars designed to provide free online training opportunities related to important topics in early intervention. Topics chosen for the Talks on Tuesdays webinar series are based on feedback from EI practitioners about what they need to know more about! ToTs are held on the first Tuesday of the month from 12:00-1:00PM.
