School Fall Pictures 

CCS will continue taking fall pictures this week.

October 16 - Kindergarten, 1^st, 2^nd Grade

October 17- Make up picture day and K-2^nd Grade rain date if needed

 

 

 

 

Come to our first Annual CCS Fall Festival!!! The CCS fall festival will take place November 3rd 9:00am - 1:00pm

 

Vendors: If you are interested in promoting your business, selling your crafts, or just want to do something fun, Rent a booth. Early bird booth specials are $15 until October 15th.  

 

Volunteers still needed.

Please sign students in after 8:30am.  Those not signed in may be marked absent.

 

Students arriving at school after their class has left for a field trip may not be dropped off unless prior arrangements have been made.

  

Garden Club 

The first CCS Garden Club meeting of the year will be held after school this Thursday, October 18th from 2:30-3:30pm.  This year, the garden club is limited to only 15 students and there is a one-time membership fee of $20 to cover snacks, crafts and garden supplies.

 

Please let Kelly know if your child is interested in participating in the Garden Club this year.  They have an exciting year planned so far with a bulb fundraiser to kick off the "new" year, a walk to the farmer's market and new garden boxes to fill.  The Garden Club will also participate in the Fall Festival and make center-pieces for the school's Thanksgiving Dinner.

 

Will your child join the Garden Club?  If so, please reply to Kelly at kelly.picarsic@gmail.com by Wednesday to reserve your spot.

  

Four spots left in Lego League 

Lego league is a great introduction to Robotics. Students learn to assemble and program Lego Mindstorm robots.
