Car Jacking Prevention Course
**OPEN TO ALL LEVEL OF STUDENTS**
This clinic is designed around the "fighting in a phone booth" philosophy. Defensive techniques specifically for confined spaces. Students will learn various striking and disarming techniques that can be utilized in a vehicle during a car jacking.

- Combative warm up
- Focus mit and kick shield training
- Disarming techniques
- Stress drill
- Mindset
- Vehicle combatives
- Disarming vehicle tactics
- Pillow case vehicle drills
Equipment Needed:
- Comfortable Clothes or Gym Clothes
- Gym towel
- Light snack
- Mouth piece (your choice)
- Hand wraps (your choice)
- Cup - Groin Protection (your choice)
- Adequate personal water supply - 1 gallon
